The Lycée Français de New York, an independent, international, bilingual French-English day school serving students from Nursery (3s) to Grade 12 seeks an inaugural Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) to provide strategic leadership focused on the student experience at the Lycée.

The Lycée’s mission to graduate “Citizens of Culture and Courage” is foundational to our work to foster an equitable and inclusive learning community — where all students have a strong feeling of belonging and are guided to achieve their full potential. This work is ongoing and intentional, and building on the diversity of origins, belief systems and experiences in our international community.
