Membership in Strategenius signifies a school’s deep commitment to hiring for and retaining diversity. When you partner with Strategenius, you gain access to our wide network, including educators of color, our deep experience with schools, expertise on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and our ability to help position your school as (an emerging) leader in diversity. Membership is required in order for schools to access our services. Our nominal annual membership fee of $3,200 allows us to get to know our schools and understand their needs and particularities so that we may help to develop and continually cultivate the very best candidate pool. Joining during the high season (December-June), costs an additional $750. Membership allows unlimited postings of open positions throughout the year. Upon hiring a Strategenius candidate, schools pay 16% of the first year’s salary (including signing bonuses, if any) of each hire. On a case-by-case basis, we may send candidates to non-member schools upon request. Non-members pay 25% of the first year’s salary of any Strategenius hire.
