At AISB, we are engaged in a fascinating conversation about how we prepare our students for what is a fast-changing world. We want to attract forward-thinking professionals to our faculty who have the human skills to actively engage and inspire our students.

Student success starts with well-crafted learning experiences, and at AISB we are proud of a dedicated community of educators who have a passion for learning and continuously seek to improve. We are interested as much in who you are as in what motivates you, what life experience you will bring with you, and what you think really matters in education.

Together, we discuss established and new ideas that are in line with our beliefs and seek to grow our capacity as educators and learners. In this spirit, we seek professionals who actively collaborate with colleagues and who are willing to try fresh approaches to teaching and learning.

Interested candidates should submit the following materials confidentially in one, single PDF file:

  • A cover letter indicating the candidate’s particular interest in and qualifications for the position

  • A current resume

  • The names, addresses, and telephone numbers of five references, including at least two recent supervisors. References should speak to the applicant’s ability to be an effective educator and administrator, to work successfully with children, and to work collaboratively and collegially with adults (references will be contacted only with the candidate’s permission).

Salary Range: €71,600 – €73,400 gross (not subject to taxation in Romania, but individuals will be subject to taxation where they are tax residents)
