Head-Royce School (HRS), a vibrant and diverse K–12 community of approximately 900 students in Oakland, CA, seeks a courageous and innovative administrator to join its K–8 leadership team as the inaugural K–8 Director of Equity and Community. 

The K–8 Director of Equity and Community (The K-8 Director) will be a proactive and engaging leader dedicated to fostering equity, inclusion, and community within the school.

Salary Range: $120,000–140,000
